TikTok Gets in on the NFT Hype Train
The popularity of NFTs is spreading like wildfire. Even the biggest platforms are looking for ways to integrate them and introduce a whole new reality of content creation to their users.
In fact, Tiktok is also riding the NFT wave, with some of its top creators surfing along. It will start selling NFTs in TikTok's new video collection called TikTok Moments. There it will feature content from Lil Nas X, Grime, Bella Poarch, Curtis Roach, Brittany Broski, FNMeka, Jess Marciante, and Gary Vaynerchuk, etc.
This leap into the NFT craze aims to develop a unique collection and deliver limited-edition tokens.
Proceeds will go to NFT creators and artists. The first collection will headline Lil Nas X and will go up for auction on the Ethereum blockchain starting October 6, 2021.
